Hey yoginis and surfers!
We are hosting a week of surf, fun, yoga and inverse work in Portugal.
This is an event for all who love yoga and surfing and want to work a little harder on body and mind.
The days start with Vinyasa Yoga, we will learn how to surf, hiking, longboard dancing and even Yin Yoga Classes will be on the program to relax from your full-power day.
We also have an Inversion Workshop and a Body and Mindset treat workshop. Beginners are completely welcome!
We invite you to an intense week full of joy, excitement, happiness and laughter!

SARAH TONIN

For me, Yoga is above all a balance to the fast-paced time, which allows you to regain strength and serenity at the same time.
I take the time for a regular practice, which strengthens the body and mind.

My Vinyasa classes are characterized mainly by dynamic and powerful flows, because sinking into the movement process is particularly important to me. As a counterbalance to that, I also enjoy letting go in relaxed Yin Yoga classes.

Through my Anusara-inspired training with Maja Zilih, I also attach great importance to proper alignment to protect and promote the health of my students.

LIZ STEINORT

Liz’s great passion has always been movement and nutrition. Today, more than ever, she is convinced that a healthy, active and fit lifestyle is the path to longivity and happiness.

Long story short – as soon as Liz came back to Austria things began to flow and she soon taught up to 25 classes per week in all different kind of studios, companies, festivals etc. Another teacher training in Bali as well as in Austria followed the next years.

For Liz, Yoga is an integral part of her life and being a yoga teacher is not just a profession but her vocation. Her unique yoga classes are a combination of creative, playful but also powerful sequences to find the body’s fullest expression in each pose and the hearts fullest offering in every movement.

Liz sees it as her mission to teach and help people how to feel good in their own body and to motivate them to activate their highest potential to lead a healthy and happy life.

“Yoga teaches me to accept what is and swim and surf with the flow of life instead of fighting it. It helps me focus on the present and to anchor my thoughts in the here and now.”
