Our teacher Lotte from the Netherlands is a 500+ Hour Yoga Teacher trained in Hatha, vinyasa, yin and Kundalini.

She leads her classes in a way that reflects her (inner) journey.

Influenced by her teachers, travels, and loved ones, Lotte aims to bring enthusiasm and uplifting energy into each of her sessions.

She wants her students to have a full yoga experience and therefore brings all essential parts of yoga to the practice: meditation, breathing, asanas, and relaxation.

The latest training she did was a Kundalini course with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and she cannot wait to share this uplifting and transformational practice with you during the Soul & Surf Retreat.
